We are UK based and cover the entire length of the United Kingdom. Our head office and depot are located in Sheffield, just a short drive from the M1 motorway.

You are able to contact our office 0800 to 1800 Monday to Friday. We deliver 24hours a day 7 days a week, including holidays.

We have a wide variety of catering equipment to hire to make your event run as smoothly as possible. Please see our product list on the home page for more details.

We understand that cosmetic damage can occur. A slight damage waiver is built into the cost of the item.

No, unlike other hire companies we do not take a deposit from you. The price at checkout is the price you pay (once we've confirmed your booking).

Our transport fee is based on the distance from our head depot to your location. Delivery outside normal working ours will increase the price of delivery. However, for your piece of mind, we deliver at various times throughout the week to suit you.

Once you've added your item to the basket and filled out your personal and card details we will not take payment immediately. This is so we can check that we can satisfy the order. The money and card will be held on the system until you receive a confirmation email.

Once we have sent you the confirmation email, please read the details carefully as this will highlight when a full or part refund will be available based on the dates when you've hired the equipment.
