Cancellations and Refunds
- Customers are eligible for a full refund if we receive cancellation notice at least 7 days (1 week) prior to the scheduled delivery date of the equipment.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before delivery will not be eligible for a refund. This is due to the preparation, logistics, and scheduling constraints involved in our service.
How to Cancel
To cancel your order, please contact us via email or phone with your order details as soon as possible. The date and time of your cancellation request will determine your refund eligibility.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Failure to notify us within the required 7-day notice period.
- Refusal of delivery on the day without prior communication.
- Equipment already dispatched or delivered.
